This class is perfect for 3-5 year olds and uses fun and age-appropriate music and activities to introduce young children to the world of dance. The class is designed to develop motor skills, balance, coordination and listening abilities while encouraging confidence and a love for dance. No prior dance experience is required, and the emphasis is on fun and exploration rather than strict form.​

Hip-Hop
Hip Hop Basics: Hip hop basics is an energetic and exciting class designed to introduce young dancers to the dynamic world of hip hop and help them build a strong dance foundation. This class focuses on developing foundational moves, rhythms, and style through fun and age-appropriate movements. Dancers will practice smooth footwork, body isolations and basic choreography.
In a positive and encouraging environment, students will build confidence and coordination while dancing to popular, age-appropriate hip hop music.

Hip Hop 1: This class introduces students to the fundamentals of hip hop. Students will learn basic footwork and foundational movements in a fun and energetic environment. Students will focus on rhythm, coordination and self-expression while building confidence and strength.

Hip Hop 2: This class is designed for students with some prior hip hop experience. Students will learn more intricate choreography, enhance musicality and master footwork. Students will work on transitions, precision and style while building strength, coordination and confidence.

Hip Hop 3: This class is designed for experienced dancers looking to refine their technique and expand their creativity and performance quality. Students will learn complex choreography, advanced musicality and freestyle techniques.

Hip Hop 4: Hip hop 4 is an elite level class for advanced dancers who are ready to master high-level choreography, intricate musicality and professional performance techniques. This class emphasizes creative expression, technical precision and versatility across various hip hop styles. Students will learn challenging combinations, refine freestyle skills and focus on preparing for competitive and professional opportunities in hip hop dance.
Lyrical and Stretch/ Strength
Lyrical 1: Explore the beautiful fusion of ballet and jazz in this beginner-level lyrical class. Designed for dancers who are new to lyrical or have some basic dance experience, this class focuses on emotional expression, fluid movements, and storytelling through dance. Contemporary
Contemporary 1: Contemporary 1 is an engaging introduction to contemporary dance, blending elements of ballet, jazz, and modern techniques. This class emphasizes expressive movement, dynamic transitions, and storytelling through dance. Students will explore floor work, improvisation, and unique combinations that encourage creativity and individual artistry.
Dancers will build strength, flexibility, and musicality while learning foundational contemporary skills such as contraction and release, spirals, and fluid movement patterns. The class fosters a supportive environment where students can develop confidence, explore their personal style, and connect emotionally with their movements.

Contemporary 2: Contemporary 2 builds on the foundational skills introduced in Contemporary 1, offering a deeper exploration of contemporary dance techniques and performance artistry. This class emphasizes technical precision, strength, and fluidity while encouraging dancers to connect emotionally with their movement.
Students will refine skills in floor work, improvisation, and dynamic movement sequences. The class also introduces more advanced concepts, such as weight shifts, inversions, and partnering work. Choreography will challenge dancers to interpret music and themes creatively, fostering a deeper understanding of storytelling through dance.

Contemporary 3: Contemporary 3 is an advanced class designed for experienced dancers who are ready to deepen their artistry and refine their technical skills. This class explores intricate choreography, advanced floor work, partnering techniques, and improvisation, challenging dancers to connect emotionally and expressively with their movements.Students will work on mastering advanced concepts such as weight-sharing, off-balance transitions, and seamless flow through dynamic combinations. Emphasis is placed on musicality, storytelling, and developing a unique personal style while maintaining technical precision and control.
Dance Acro
Dance Acro Beginner: This class is for dancers who are new to acro or looking to build a strong foundation in acrobatic skills. Students will focus on developing strength, flexibility and body awareness while learning fundamental acro technique for rolls, handstands, cartwheels, dive cartwheels, bridges and back/front walkovers.

Dance Acro Intermediate: This class is designed for dancers with a solid foundation in acro skills who are ready to build strength, flexibility and technique while progressing to more advanced moves. Students will focus on improving core skills such as walkovers and aerials while learning smooth transitions and incorporating these elements seamlessly into dance choreography.
Prerequisite: Mastery of basic acro skills- handstands, cartwheels, front/backwalkovers.

Dance Acro Advance: This class is tailored for experienced dancers with strong acro technique who are ready to master advanced skills and tricks. Students will focus on high level elements such as aerials, back handsprings, front and side aerial variations, advanced balances, tumbling passes and intricate transitions. Emphasis will be places on strength, flexibility and fluidity to seamlessly integrate acro skills into dance choreography.
Prerequisite: Proficiency in intermediate acro skills, left and right side aerial, strong foundation going into a front aerial.

Ballet
Ballet Basics: This class is perfect for young dancers ready to build on their love for dance and develop a solid foundation in classical ballet. This class introduces fundamental ballet techniques, vocabulary, and positions, focusing on posture, alignment, and graceful movements.
Through structured exercises at the barre and center floor, students will practice skills such as pliés, tendus, and jetés, while also working on balance, coordination, and rhythm.
